SHIPPING POLICY

Hotter Image will ship your item(s) for FREE via USPS within the US on any order that is over $100 after any discounts are applied and before tax. Expected delivery time would be 3 days from the time that your item(s) are shipped. Shipping would usually occur on the next business day after your order is placed.

Shipping via UPS or Fedex can also be done but the shipping rate for these services will be charged based on the carrier’s cost regardless of the order amount.

International shipping may also be possible but the shipping rate for these services will be charged based on the carrier’s cost regardless of the order amount. Additional customs fees may also be added as required by the laws of the countries involved. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed on international shipments due to customs or import processing.

RETURN POLICY

Hotter Image wants you to be happy with your purchase. When you receive your dress or outfit, please try it on to make sure you are happy with the fit, color, style, and quality. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be glad to exchange it for another item, or refund the amount of purchase.

If the item is returned in a condition where it is cannot be resold as new (for example, missing original tags, has been laundered, or shows signs of being worn), or if the item is returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date, Hotter Image reserves the right to provide store credit only.

To return your purchase for refund or exchange, please use our Return/Exchange form. You can also send an email to Assist@Fashionation1.com with your order information, or call us at 725-877-1877 Monday through Friday 9am – 7pm PST.

Please note: If your order was placed the same day that you are trying to process a refund you will need to call our office for assistance, or wait 24 hours to use our automated system through your email receipt. We apologize for any inconveniences.
